My sister and 3 of her children struggle with both food allergies and food sensitivities. Any recommendations?

Thanks so much for your question. Aquamarine, Carnelian and Lepidolite are all helpful for allergies - I particularly like the Carnelian for food related allergies. I would also suggest a Smokey Quartz for protection against ingesting anything harmful since many food allergies can be dangerous. I can relate since I am allergic to peanuts and have had my fair share of close calls.
