As bear goes into torpor, they find a dark, secluded place to spend their next few months. Then, they spend the next few months simply breathing. Bear teaches us that we must go into darkness, we must enter the void of the unknown, in order to understand who we are within. Allow yourself to be simply within yourself and outside of yourself at the same time. Quit focusing so much, and just breathe.
