I'm not going to leave anything out because if I do I believe that would detract from showing how phenomenal their customer service really is. I ordered my set 7 piece chakra stone set from and was told shipping would be about 1 week. I was rather put out by this but resigned to wait. Later that night I checked my order and it said it was out for shipping only about 5 hours later I was amazed, and when it arrived only 3 days later I was thrilled. The down side was that the stone coloration was not near what I expected. Keep in mind that they use the best of the best for their pictures and they are stones, not manufactured so there will be variations but even so these were not acceptable. And so, I contacted the seller explaining the issue. I promptly received a reply apologizing for my unpleasant experience. I had been expecting them to ask me to mail the bad ones back and pay for shipping etc but was pleasantly surprised? the woman who responded to me not only apologized but told me to go ahead and keep the stones I already had, and that they would go ahead and send replacement stones right away totally free of charge including the shipping. When I got them they were perfect. Now, I wrote all this to say that this is a wonderful company with great customer service; I only ask that NO ONE use what I have written to take advantage of these good people. Finding a company that cares for their customers that much is rare and we should not return their care with greed by taking advantage of it, that?s why so many companies are no longer like this.
