No paperwork necessary!  All you have to do is to carefully pack up the crystals that you would like to return and mail them to us with your order number and name.  We'll do the rest! 

We will refund the original cost of the items you return, as well as your return shipping expense (up to the original shipping charge).  If your return shipping expense is more than the original shipping charge, we will issue you a gift voucher for the difference.
