I was so surprised to see the pendulum start up, just the way stated! I could feel when the process was complete (I don't have eyes in the top of my head) but peaked in the mirror, and sure enough, the pendulum had stopped. It felt like being in a vortex while doing the crown chakra (guess I'm in my head a lot.) There was a lot more clarity and inner silence when I was finished. I was moved to use what I had on hand: a hemetite pendulum, which worked well enough (black instead of white, hmmm.) Thank you so much Lourdes for this article, it's really helpful and I needed it!
