Do you have any crystals to recommend for performance anxiety/confidence? My son is having issues in that department and I have always had issues with them as well.Thank you!

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that will help with performance anxiety. My son and I suffer from that also so I can relate to what you guys are going through.
Lapis Lazuli is always my first suggestion when it comes to communications and confidence. It will enable you to recognize your value, your talents and allow you to share those with others - without being too overbearing. I also like Fluorite for children - particularly in Green - since it is a crystal that promotes peace in knowing who you are and what you can do. It is a perfect choice to carry to school since it helps with focus and alleviates fears. I also like Amethyst to feel less nervous and Blue Lace Agate to avoid feeling overwhelmed by people or situations and Green Kyanite for clear, productive communications.
