Hello. I want to structure my water with clear quartz. Would the Tibetan clear quartz scepters be suitable for this or would it be better to select tumbled crystals? Also, about how many would I need for a gallon jug? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your inquiry. If you are putting crystal inside your water pitcher, then you would need tumbled stones. There is usually a protective coating on tumbled stones that makes them glossy. If they are not tumbled or are found on thecaution list, they need to be placed on the outside of the glass pitcher. Here is a link to a video on charging water.
My personal preference is one crystal per quart. If my intuition tells me otherwise, I will add more or less as needed.
