Good day, I was hoping I could have a more detailed explanation of clearing crystals with a tuning fork; I checked the site already, but I still did not really understand how it worked.

Dear K,

Thank you for your inquiry. To clear a crystal with a tuning fork, you can do it one of two ways.

1) "Ding" the tuning fork and place the stem along the rough end of a Clear Quartzcrystal). Do this one to two times. The vibrations will loosen any negative energy absorbed by the crystals).

2) "Ding" thetuning fork, but do not place the stem on the crystal. Instead move the tuning fork around the crystal. Do this two to five times to make sure the crystal is cleaned.

The tuning forkdesigned for crystals is different than the ones used for homes. I personally like tuning forks attuned to Ohm to use in house cleanings. Here is the link to the ones I use:http://www.soundhealingtools.com/site.php?p=products&sp=tuning_forks.

I would not tap two tuning forks together. It could damage the tuning forks. What I like to do is tap a tuning fork against a "rubber hockey puck". To give you an idea of what it looks like, here is a link to a site that shows the "hockey puck" with other tuning forks (scroll down the page to see them packaged together). http://www.soundhealingtools.com/site.php?p=products&sp=tuning_forks.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
