I have a client who has been suffering from food allergies. Certain foods (especially spicy foods) cause her face to swell up. This has started recently. She used to have the food items before and was not allergic. What crystals can help her with this?

Hi K:

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that can help with allergies.  Please remember that crystals are meant as a compliment to other therapies and are not a replacement for medical care.  You client should see their physician as soon as possible.

Lepidolite can be very calming for the symptoms of allergies.  Carnelian is effective at preventing the recurrence of allergies and will work well with whatever therapies/medications are prescribed to control the allergies.  Leopardskin Jasper can be effective for healing any skin irritation from the allergies.  All of these will help your client to control the allergies, but they typically the only way to overcome allergies is to remove the item(s) that are causing them.  A physician can help to determine the causes.

Thank you again for reaching out to us and for your support of Healing Crystals.com.   I hope that I have been able to help and that you will not hesitate to contact me with any other questions.  I will look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Wishing you lots of Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
