I picked this book because it had a lot of five star reviews and I agree with the five stars, seeing as I am still very new to crystals. This book is very interesting, with a lot of information for beginners. This 25-chapter book covers history to myths. It is a wealth of knowledge. To gain all the many things in this book I'll be reading it cover to cover again and as needed as a reference.
I really learned many things. Are crystals and gemstones the same? According to the author, “some crystals are gems, but not all gems are crystals.” Most of the time a gem just enhanced beauty, whereas crystals help serve a purpose.
It teaches you the ways crystals will help you in many areas of your life. You'll learn about chakras and how to use them to benefit you, as well as how to acquire the right crystal for you, your kids, and family.
It guides you step by step in how to use the crystals and how to handle them safety. It also has a list of the most common crystals and their purposes. It will help you tell if you have a pretty piece of glass or a crystal.
I don't want to tell you everything I learned from reading Crystal Healing for Beginners. I hope you learn a lot by reading it too. I would love to hear about your experience from reading this book. It also has a cool bonus, but I'll let you find that out on your own.
