I work around a ton of computers and electrical energy all day and it leaves me sluggish and unfocused. I also have a sensitivity to EMF. I was wondering if you could recommend a stone or crystal to help filter my personal energy after work to help me function the rest of the day. My health and house are suffering because of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Blessed Be.

Hi H:

Thanks for your question about crystals to help prevent harm from EMF emissions. First I would suggest that you place a crystal by your electronic devices - computer, TV and even where you charge your cell phone. You want something that will ground the EMF energies, absorb the negative and replace it with positive.

I like Black Tourmaline but Agate, Jasper, Obsidianand Black Onyx are also good choices. Since you are very sensitive to EMF and it is everywhere I would suggest carrying a Lepidolite with you. It will heal and calm your system to avoid negative reactions and offer you physical and mental support.

Thank you again for reaching out to us and for your support of Healing Crystals.com. I hope that I have been able to answer your question and that you will feel free to let us know if you need any further information.

Wishing you lots of Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
