Hi, I’m very interested in your lemurian crystal pendulums. I live in
England and looking at your shipping charges, they seem quite high. Also
it costs more postage wise, to buy 8 pendulums than 9. Can you let me know
how much shipping it would be to buy 5 lemurian pendulums, also 10. These
are quite hard to get in the UK, but the high shipping charges are putting me
off a bit from buying any.

Thanks for your email. We love to do business with customers all
over the world and we do have many in the UK. Thanks for pointing
out the discrepancy where a heavier package costs less than a lighter
package. This is not correct and I have asked our programmer to look into
this error. We get "real-time" shipping quotes from the post
office, so it is possible that the rate error is on their end, but we should be
able to find that out and correct it soon enough.
Unfortunately, it is expensive for us to send products to the
UK. We usually add a little to the shipping amount to cover
our packaging and handling expenses so our rates to you are a little higher than
the actual post office rates. Our shopping cart is estimating that
your package will weigh just over 1lb. Our direct cost is $12.75 for
postage and in addition to this, we add $2.10 for handling, packaging and for
filling out your customs form. (The $14.85 quote is correct and the $17.85
quote is an error.)
I am sorry that the shipping price cannot be cheaper, but we’re doing the
best we can to serve our international customers and still make a profit.
We offer deep discounts on high quality crystals and I understand that you need
to factor in the cost of postage with your purchasing
decision.
