Please could you help me break my long time smoking addiction by advising me on which crystals to use and how to use them? Also I am a student and would like a crystal that will sharpen my memory and understanding to help me in my studies. Thank you for you help.

Dear K,

Thank you for your question.

Amethyst is a great crystal to use to help with overcoming addictions. You could sleep with it, wear it as jewelry or carry it during the day, sit when all is quiet and relax with it, or even charge water with it. If you see that is making you sleepy and relaxed then only hold it in meditation or put it under your pillow when you sleep. If it is not too relaxing for you, then you can wear it every day. If you are not familiar with the concept of charging water with crystals, please see our video here

Fluorite  is an excellent crystal for students because it works to increase focus, enhance memory, and counter procrastination. You can wear it or carry it all the time or just when you are studying.

Make sure to clear your crystals often, under running water for a few minutes and next to a cleansed Quartz crystal for recharging overnight.

We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any other questions.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
