What crystal would you recommend for a psychiatrist's office? Thank you!

Thanks so much for your question about which crystal would be helpful in a psychiatrist office. Definitely an Amethyst since it is very supportive when you are healing any kind of mental issues including depression and addictions. It is also very grounding and helps to connect people to higher sources and to Earth. A lot of mental distress comes from feeling ungrounded. A second choice would be any kind of Agate because that also connects you to the here and now while it soothes anxieties.
