Dear M,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
We all have it, we all should listen to it. It is our intuition. Intuition is our subconscious or higher self that is trying to tell us that something is not right, it is our guide when we have decisions that must be made, it is our link to our own personal truths. It can be the best adviser we have, if we only listen to it. Sometimes our ego mind can over ride our intuition, and we are left with situations that could have been avoided. Crystals that can assist us in having the courage to listen to our intuition are Aquamarine, Beryl, and Bloodstone.
Aquamarine is a stone of courage, as simple as that. It filters out the noise and increases our perceptions so that we can hear and recognize our intuition for what it is. It will give us the courage to follow what we know is the right course for us.
Beryl is another stone of courage. It discourages us from over analyzing and encourages us to go with what feels right.
Bloodstone is a very good stone to carry with you. Aside from its healing properties which are many, it increases the power of your intuition, to an almost audible level. It allows you to keep out unwanted influences that can put undesirable pressure on you, it is grounding and protective. This is one stone that I would recommend anyone to carry in their personal power bag or medicine bag.
These three stones combine to give you a strong shield from both outside influences but also from the ego mind that can overrule your better judgment.
