Which gem(s) to best counteract weather / barometric pressure affects on body? When it is damp, wet, rainy, stormy, windy, the body stiffens up totally and basically shuts down days before and 'til days after bad weather passes. Joints, especially ankles and feet swell up so badly, they look like balloons. Thanks for your help.

Hi S:

Thanks for your question about which crystals can assist with healing related to symptoms from weather/barometric pressure.  It is a very timely question since my home is in the middle of a horrendous heat wave and I've been working with crystals to cool and calm my headaches and swollen limbs.  So here are some suggestions that should help you:

Hematite is very calming for stress related issues from weather like headaches and swelling from heat/humidity.

Emerald will alleviate dizzy spells and nausea.

Amber, Chrysocollaand Fluorite(green in particular) will alleviate the pain and swelling from damp & cold.

Larimar can assist with breathing and sinus issues.

Malachite and Copperare just overall healers that alleviate symptoms of pain and discomfort.

Thank you for your question and for your support of Healing Crystals.com.  I hope that these suggestions help and that you are feeling better soon.  Please let us know if we can provide any further assistance.

Wishing you Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
