What crystals can I use to put in my bath water to pull toxins out of my body? I was advised of Clear Quartz and Hematite. Is this okay to practice?

Thank you for your inquiry. It’s a wonderful idea to put crystals in your bath water, and as Clear Quartz is generally beneficial for a myriad of issues and easy to program this would be a good choice to use in your bath water to remove toxicity. Prior to your bath, you could mediate with and program the crystals that you want to use for this specific purpose. Here is an article with several methods for programming your crystals:

If not, you can put it in an airtight and waterproof container to place in your bath water.
