Which Crystals Are Good For Lower Back Pain Triggered By Sports?

A friend of mine is suffering from lower back pain, which is triggered by sports. Which crystal will be beneficial for curing the pain and strengthening the area for fewer recurrence of the condition. What is the best way to use the crystals for such conditions.

Hi K:

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that can help with lower back pain. I actually suffer from this myself and it is triggered by exercise. I use Moonstone to release the tension in the muscles and Carnelian for ongoing healing.
After I work out I sit with the Moonstone on my lower back (or close to it - crystals have a way of not staying where you place them) while I am eating or watching TV or answering questions. I am sitting on a Moonstone right now! I have a Carnelian by my bed for constant healing for that area. It is often easier for healing to take place while you are resting and I have found this helpful.

You friend can also wear a Carnelian and/or carry one with them.  Hematite is also helpful for pain relief and can be used along with or instead of the Moonstone.

Thank you again for reaching out to us and for your support of Healing I hope that I have been able to answer your question and that you will feel free to let us know if you need any further information.

Wishing you lots of Love and Light!

Crystal Blessings!
