What is the best way to use Howlite for sleeping?

There are several ways in which you can use Howlite for a good night's sleep. You can carry it with you throughout the day to create a peaceful energy in you and around you; you can put it under your pillow at night to relax you as you sleep; or you can energize your water with it using the indirect method (click here to see how). Any of these ways, or all of them combined, may assist, unless there are some external factors contributing to the lack of sleep, such as strong EMF fields (from computer or other electronics in the bedroom), pressing problems that need to be resolved, external noise, etc.
Additionally, creating a quiet and a relaxing time about an hour before going to bed may also assist.
If Howlite does not help, you may try the following stones: White Agate, Lepidolite, Bronzite, Seraphinite or Amethyst.
