I just got my crystals today and they are very nice, but I was wondering if you have ever heard of someone get flushed(skin turning red) it looked like I was in the sun all day.  It happened about 3 mins. after I layed down with a crystal on my chest. I felt it first in my face and got worried and went to put a wet towel on my face then it moved over my entire body lasting about 20mins. If you have any input please let me know .

Hi P,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.

You have experience something that many people tell me about. You were subjected to a crystal healing crisis. When a person Has a strong response to a crystal and the crystal senses a healing issue it feels is imperative, or the crystal is awaking your energy field to assist you in awaking your spiritual path it can be quite dramatic. I think what you experienced was the crystal raising and stimulating your energy flows, It may have initiated an intense healing and balancing. This is common with people who find their personal power stone. I would keep that crystal with you and carry it as it responds in pretty dramatic ways for you.
