Here is a Question from One of Our Customers:

I have begun to meditate. I've been having a hard time trying to clear my mind and one of my friends who meditates said that she holds and rubs a crystal and concentrates on that when she meditates. She says it helps her clear her mind. I was wondering what kind of crystal would you recommend for me. I'm meditating to clear all the negavitiy of my divorce from my mind and find peace....sounds a like flaky but I really would like your help.

Dear D,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.

Crystals not only help you clear you mind but calm your mind and emotional stress. May I suggest Kunzite or Rhodonite, as both calm and clear the mind and assist in times of stress and bring a sense of peace and balance. From the sound of it you could use both. It is easy to focus on the stones as they are both so lovely to look at, Kunzite is a soothing lavender pink and Rhodonite is a pale to bright pink and they both work at the heart and the higher chakra levels. I believe they will be most beneficial to you in your meditation.
