I am getting worse as I age with tremors in my head neck and hands.
I am not on any medication of any kind as the pills I were prescribed from the doctor would eventually lead to liver damage.
Unfortunatly because these tremors are so bad at times especially when Im upset people often ask me if Im an alcoholic or on drugs this is now also interferring with me being able to be employed.

I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering from tremors. I have had family members with similar ailments and I know it is very uncomfortable. It is very important that you know that crystals are for healing and should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. Crystals are not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. You really should speak with your physician about other treatments that might help. There may be other options besides the medication.
Once you have spoken with your doctor, two crystals that I believe you would find very beneficial are Amethyst and Sugilite. Amethyst is a very soothing crystal that will help to relieve stress and just provides a very peaceful energy. Sugilite has very strong healing properties and works with the body to ease pain and discomfort. I would keep a Sugilite by you while you are sleeping and wear an Amethyst - particularly a bracelet if it isn't too uncomfortable.
