I am looking for the best crystal to help with my pancreatitis , I have heard that Smokey Quartz is best. What do you recommend?

I am sorry to hear you have pancreatitis. Smokey Quartz is one crystal that is recommended to help with this. Some others that you may find helpful are Blue Lace Agate, Chrysocolla, Amber or Kunzite. Sometimes it can take a couple tries to the find the crystal or combination of crystals that works best for you. Also, please remember to clear the crystals often when using them for healing.
