Here is a question from one of our customers:
Q: I need some guidance. I have contact dermatitis/psoriasis on my fingers. The winter makes it worse and right now I have an awful flare-up. I can hardly type much less than do anything else with my hands. It's very painful. I have been seeing a dermatologist for years and have used many different ointments, creams and salves. I've even retreated to phototherapy and injections in my fingers for the infections at times. Needless to say, I'm in pain and I was wondering if you could recommend any stones or crystals I could use to help with this? I do soak my hands in warm water with Epsom Salts dissolved in it. This relieves the pain for a while and helps with the skin.
I'd appreciate any guidance you can give me. I've done the 'medical' route and am now trying to go a holistic route. I'm new to crystals and healing stones and I've an introduction to them and have a burning desire to learn more.
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
There are two crystals that work just for psoriasis, Blue Lace Agate and Labradorite. I am also recommending Lapis Lazuli and Rose Quartz for the pain. In combination with the crystals try an infrared light to assist in healing. As a Esthetician we recommend the lights to speed healing of the tissue. The light can be used at the same time as the crystals. Twenty minute twice a day with the light will truly help. And the lights are great for easing pain.
