Tumbled Lithium Quartz

Question:

"What are good crystals to alleviate menopausal anxiety?"

Answer:

Hi,

Thanks so much for your question about the best crystals to use to alleviate menopausal anxiety.

I know that all of those physical changes can really mess with your head - I've been there and can really sympathize! I have found the most calming crystals to be Moonstone and Lithium Quartz (or Lepidolite). The Moonstone helped me to stay centered while controlling the desire to just snap at everyone who came within a few feet of my personal space. The Lithium Quartz not only helped me to sleep at night but I found it also very effective at keeping me cool when those nasty hot flashes came along. I strongly recommend keeping a Lithium Quartz by you at night.

Carnelian is also very effective for both the mental and physical stress. I believe that whenever you are going through a change that the best thing you can do for yourself and others is to be kind to YOU! It's hard to remember when you are running around taking care of everyone else and probably beating yourself up for how you are feeling.

Try wearing or keeping with you a Pink Calcite. It will offer gentle, loving vibrations that will calm the anxiety and remind you that it is ok to take care of yourself - and that things will be much better.

There are also a few other crystal recommendations on Healing Crystals.com that relate to your question and I've included a link to both below:

Please remember that crystals are for healing and should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. Crystals are not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. Please consult your healthcare specialist for your particular needs.

Thank you again for your question and I hope that these crystals offer you relief and comfort.

Crystals Blessings!
