Thank you for such an exciting question about which crystals can help with the numerous energy shifts that we are experiencing this year. There are so many crystals that can help that it is really hard to give you a concise answer. The best way to approach this year is to find the crystal that will help you to attract the positive energies and pair it with one to deflect any negative energy. Personally I've been wearing a Rutilated Quartz to make the most of the positive vibes and Black Tourmaline to chase away the stuff that I do not want. I would suggest trying different crystals and see which one makes you feel light and happy and there is your positive energy conductor. Then see what makes you feel protected and safe (typically darker crystals are good for this) and there is your negative energy deflector.
