I am looking for a healing stone to help with my arthritis in my hands. I was told Jasper stones. Can you help me with the right stone? Thank you.
Thank you for your question.
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
That being said, I would recommend wearing bracelets made of crystals that have traditionally been recommended for the arthritis in hands. Among others, those include garnet (we have three types of garnet bracelets a, b, c), malachite (a and b) , and red and yellow jasper.
Copper has also traditionally been recommended for this issue as well, so you may get some copper nuggetsand just hold them in your hands when you have a chance to do so.
We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any other questions.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
