I have an ovaian cyst. What stones work good to help with the pain?

Dear N,

Thank you for your inquiry.  I like to use Copper for reducing pain in the Sacral Chakra area. Placing the Copper directly on the area is really helpful.  You can keep a piece of Copper on for 20 - 30 minutes at a time. Carrying Copper in your pockets is an easy way to receive the vibrations of this metal. Wearing a Copper anklet and/or bracelet may be beneficial too. US pennies before 1982 are 95% copper and can be used for energy work if copper pieces aren't available.   Malachite can also provide supportive energy at this time and can be used with the Copper.  Massaging with a Tiger's Eyeor Tiger Iron crystal or wand can aid in releasing energy blockages that may be contributing to the pain. Massage over the cyst gently. Using lotions with the wands makes the massaging easier. You can clean the wand by wiping it with a damp cloth and leaving it in sunlight to recharge.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
