Greetings and thank you for your question. Raising your vibrations and cleansing your chakras are important parts of the ascension process in my opinion. Working with crystals can help with this process.
Stones that I know of for raising your vibrations include Phenacite, Selenite, Danburite, and Moldavite. These are all very high vibe crystals and can be used in combination with meditations to raise your vibrations to a higher level. Meditations used to raise your vibration can include chanting, such as the "om" sound, or even just focusing on something you know of that is of a higher vibration, such as a star or something you find beautiful, or even something you are grateful for. Doing things that keep your prana moving and circulating, such as running or dancing, can also help to raise your vibration as well. Clearing your chakras might be a little more complicated, but can also be done using crystals and meditation. It is advised to begin with the Root Chakra and move upward from there. You can choose one crystal to place on each chakra as you do a meditation for that chakra. Some people find that just thinking about a certain chakra activates it, and sensations can be felt there, such as buzzing or humming. You might consider getting one of our chakra assortments in order to get one crystal to use for each chakra. I recommend starting out with a simple set, such as the seven-piece or the eleven-piece sets.
