Burning palo santo has been used by the Incas since ancient times as a spiritual remedy, for purifying, and cleansing.
Palo Santo wood also known as (Burserea Graveolens) is a protected resource in Ecuador and must be harvested from fallen branches and dead wood. Palo Santo trees often drop their twigs and branches and the wood is collected from the ground. No trees are destroyed in the collection of our wood.
These sticks can be lit alone as is and will burn for a few seconds to a minute or so and extinguish themselves, filling a space with a sweet warm fragrance.
