My friend has a serious heart condition , extremely serious . He worries , gets no sleep , always takes his meds and goes to therapy. Recently he had an operation but it was only a patch. I'm so sad for him . I want to make a mojo bag and also a grid. He's only 64 yrs old and tries every day to live . I want him to be here for me and to be together longer.  I feel helpless, but I have to do something . Please help. I'm not sure what stones would be the best to use . I just really want to do this right to protect him and keep his heart safe . Thank you. Crystal blessings.

Hi H,

I’m sorry to hear about your friend’s heart condition. Crystals can offer some additional support, but as I’m sure you know, aren’t necessarily a cure. I suggest you add Green Tourmaline, Ruby in Zoisite,  Rhodonite, and Rose Quartz. I also recommend that you carry Snowflake Obsidian and Rose Quartz yourself, to help the emotions you are feeling right now.

For the grid, I suggest a larger heart shaped stone for the center and place it on top of a photo of your friend. Surround it with crystals that are helpful and supportive of the heart such as any of those suggested in our Crystals for Common Conditions:

Heart, Physical:  Amazonite, Amber, Bloodstone, Chrysoprase, Dioptase, Emerald, Garnet, Green Tourmaline, Rhodonite, Strawberry Quartz, Unakite, Zoisite w/Ruby

I also recommend you use Clear Quartz points to amplify the energy of the other crystals in your grid. Also, remember to program for helping to support and strengthen your friend’s heart. I hope these crystals help him. Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I can help with anything else. May your journey be blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
