I've been suffering with major depression and depersonalizing lately. It's gotten so bad that I can barely sleep at night and it's all getting worse. I want to try getting some kind of pendant, but i have no idea where to start. Can you wear more than one type at once? Or can they mess with each other? If I were to wire wrap my own, does the type of wire matter? Also, there's so many types out there, how do you know which ones can help? Thank you. Much love.

Hi M,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can use more than one crystal at once, but you don’t have to overwhelm yourself with them at first. Lack of sleep impacts everything else and can create a vicious cycle. I have found sleeping with Amethyst to be very beneficial in achieving a sound sleep. You can place a cluster under your bed or some tumbled pieces under your pillow. After cleansing them, you can program them to help you achieve a peaceful, restful sleep.

Lepidolite
is helpful for depression, and makes a lovely pendant. You can wrap it yourself; I have created a video tutorial on wrapping a tumbled stone.

I like to use copper wire, typically silver color copper wire as I feel the energy of copper pairs well with most crystals.

Crystal Blessings~
