I hope you can help me. I have a daughter who sees and talks to spirits, they are around her it seems most of the time and it was suggested I get her crystals. She has had no formative training and has had this ability since she was 7 and is now 25. I really want to help her can you please recommend what i can do? It is starting to affect her mood and sleep. Thank you for your help.

Thanks so much for your question about crystals that will help your daughter. You didn't mention if she wants to be able to communicate with them more or basically wants them to leave her alone so that she can have some peace.
If she is interested in engaging in communications with them - and this might be an effective method to ask them to leave her be - I would suggest Seraphinite & Celestite. Both are excellent for communications and they also bring in the energy of Angels - particularly Guardians - so they would also be protective for her. Lapis Lazuli and Iolite are both excellent to enable her to understand what they are trying to communicate to her. I know a few mediums and I know that it can be a challenge and be very frustrating. The Lapis Lazuli is also good for a strong will so that will strengthen her ability to engage them and quiet her mind when she wants them to leave her alone. I would have her sleep with it under her pillow and imagine that it is a barrier (maybe a door) that closes and is soundproof so that they cannot reach her. I would add to that an Amethystwhich is very protective and an essential crystal for people with psychic gifts. Amethyst will hold a positive aura around her and keep her free of any harm. It protects, enhances and will make her feel much better. Finally Black Tourmaline is grounding and is the strongest crystal for protection. If she has to deal with any negativity it will transmute it into positive energy and clear the area of all traces.
