My question today is how can I know on which of my Chakras should I focus on clearing first so I can balance them with crystals? One time I did an online questionnaire and the result was an imbalance in all of them. I like to believe it isn't so! If I browse your Crystals for Common Conditions section almost all of them make some sense to me, so where to start?? Many, many thanks!

Hi S,

Thank you for connecting with us with your question about Chakras. It's possible that you have slight blockages in all your Chakras, especially if you haven't worked on them before. Everyday living can do this. Some people like to start at the Crown Chakra and work down, but personally, I find that this can lead to worse imbalance as one can become ungrounded or "flaky" from working only on the crown or third eye. Likewise, starting at the Root can be difficult if higher chakras are all blocked. The Heart Chakra is at the center of it all, so that is where I tend to start and when I do energy healing sessions in person, that is where my hands are always led first, and where they are led again at the end of a session. So, I would suggest starting there and returning there often.

You then might start to be intuitively guided to others, or you might then want to go to the Crown and spend a little bit of time on each Chakra to gently and gradually remove blockages. Doing this a few times a week, or even daily if your schedule allows will help you bring everything into balance gradually--which tends to bring more lasting results than overwhelmingly fast/powerful single sessions.

Finally, if you don't already have a chakra set, Selenite is excellent for removing all types of blockages and then pulling high vibrational energy back into the chakras. It is good for all chakras.

Crystal Blessings,

Debbie Elaine
