My friend has an older daughter who quit looking for a job. She has been mooching off of him for 2 years. He would like for her to find a job and move out on her own. I am wondering what type of crystals to use.

A direct approach is best concerning this type of issue. Crystals can support his intentions regarding his daughter getting a job and moving out but they can't "fix" the issue for him.
