Here is a Question from One of Our Customers:
I am considering making a small grid for depression. It will take me a while to get the money together for this, so I am just turning it over in my mind for now. I'd like to know what you think of my idea: I am thinking of getting a lithium quartz mini tower for the center piece & surrounding that with points--either clear crystal or honey citrine, maybe both. If I use other mini towers, they would have to be either your clear quartz or inclusion quartz clearance towers--$$ is an issue these days--but I would love to have smokey quartz ones. I do like the idea of lithium quartz & natural citrine together, but feel that I should have some smoky quartz, too. I just want to make something very simple & not complicated. Or, would it be just as well to use tumbled stones instead of the mini towers in the corners? Then I could do smoky quartz; maybe 2 smokies & 2 lithiums connected by citrine in a square & then the lithium mini tower in the middle. What do you think?
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
The towers will create a more directed energy, the tumbles will create an energy that is diffused more spread out. If your doing the grid to concentrate the energy, the towers are best. Towers will focus the energy and create a dome of concentrated energy over the grid. Tumbled stones radiate the energy in all directions which is good for gridding a room. A lithium in the center is great to help with your depression. By using the towers you create a grid for deep meditation, with tumbled you create a grid that will work in the whole room to effect the atmosphere of the room. So this will be determined by how you want to use the grid.
