to whom it may concern:
I am very interested in purchasing these spheres. Due to problem I have had recently on
internet . Such as, not recieving items and my credit cards being charged any way. Is
there a phone number or some other way to contact you, that would assure me that you are
real, that you will ship as promised? Is there some mutual way we can reach some sort of
agreement, cod??? I am at a loss.

The best protection that you have is to pay with your credit card. You always have the right to dispute the charge and if you do, it is our burden to prove delivery of the goods, or else your credit card company will reverse the charge. This has never happened to us, but I have had to do this personally with an occasional purchase with my credit cards, so I assume that your credit
card company works the same way.
We also accept Paypal and giving your credit card information to Paypal first by setting up an account with them is another layer of protection. You can see by our Verified Member Status with Paypal, that we are a valid company with over 150 Paypal sales (This is in addition to our credit card sales).
