Hi. How do you know if you are a crystal sensitive? And if you are, do you need to take precautions or do shielding? If someone isn't sensitive, is there anyway to help them become sensitive?
Thanks so much for your question about being sensitive to Crystals.
I believe that everyone feels the energy of Crystals. We just feel it in different ways and some are more noticeable than others. I can tell you from personal experience that when I first began working with Crystals that I did not always "feel" them they way that others said that they did. But even though a Crystal was vibrating or feeling hot/cold in my hand (which are some physical ways of being sensitive to Crystals) I was still benefiting from its energy. That is how they help all of us including people who may not really understand or work with Crystals. I also know, again from personal experience, that the more you work with them then the more open that you are to their energies and the more sensitive that you will become.
Sometimes you can be too sensitive, if I am around a Moldavitefor too long I actually feel dizzy and nauseous, so that is where Grounding Crystals are used. I never go anywhere without at least one Grounding Crystal and often I will have many more. Black Obsidian(my favorite), Black Agate, Onyx, Black Tourmaline& Garnet are a few excellent Grounding Crystals. If I am going to be in a very energetic situation - like I am traveling or going to a Crystal Show - then I always wear a huge Amethystnecklace. Otherwise I end up with a migraine from too much intensity.
Thank you so much for your questions and for your support of Healing Crystals.com. I hope that I have been able to help and that you will let me know if you have any other questions. I also hope that you will let me know if you try any of the crystals that I have suggested and how they help you. I will look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Wishing you Love and Light!
