How can I dispose of a crystal an ex friend accidentally left with me? It's giving off horrible vibes and makes me feel sick to have it in sight. I moved across the world so returning it to her isn't an option.

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can return the crystal to the Earth when you no longer want it anymore. Try thanking the crystal for any work/help it has given you in the past, and then bury it in the ground to return it to the Earth for cleansing. I like to do this in a garden or forest.
