What are some of the crystals you could recommend for arthritis and pain with swelling? Also for numbness and tingling fingers? Please let me know.

Hi Debbie,
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. With that said I would like to ask a question. Does your doctor feel that the numbness and tingling is due to the swelling from the arthritis? Or due to a separate circulation condition? In order to cover all the bases, let's address the arthritis first, and then I will add in a few suggestions for circulation.
There are a number of crystals that can help with arthritis pain and swelling. For instance, Amber is frequently used for those who have arthritis or bursitis because it eases the pain and swelling.
Copper is often used in bracelets to help ease those with Arthritic conditions. It also helps to increase circulation.
Fluorite encourages and sustains the flawless ideal of health, intellect, and emotional well-being. It provides for purification, cleansing, and elimination of that which is in disorder. Using purple and/or green Fluorite is particularly helpful with pain and swelling.
Pyrite promotes good physical health and emotional well-being. It can help to purify all systems of the physical body.
For the numbness and tingling, in case it is due to circulation issues, you may want to add a piece of Citrine to your healing crystals, as Citrine helps to stimulate circulation.
Scolecite is another crystal that can help to increase circulation.
Other circulation enhancers would include:
Red Garnet
Bloodstone
