I'm so sorry you're experiencing allergies. Dealing with allergies can be frustrating, to say the least. While I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice, there are a few stones that might help you. If all ailments start out as an energetic imbalance or deficit, then it would follow that by improving the strength of your own Human Energy Field, you would be able to improve any conditions you might suffer. Of course, Clear Quartz is great for increasing the strength of this field, but there are others more suited to your specific problem as well. Some crystals used to help with allergies of all types include Danburite, Apophyllite, and Lepidolite.
Danburite is a delicate, high-vibe crystal that works on all kinds of chronic conditions, including allergies. Danburite works with the Crown and Third-Eye Chakras, linking the unconscious mind to higher vibrational realms, where contact with Angels is often possible. By connecting also to the Heart Chakra, Danburite can pull information received in the higher chakras, to be integrated and interpreted at the Heart.
