Thank you for stopping by. Let's see what we can come up with for your sinus problem. Considering the severity of your pain, I am assuming you have already seen your doctor about this condition. If not, please consider it.

A problem in the sinuses may indicate a blockage of the Third-Eye Chakra, but it could also be an issue between the Third-Eye and Crown Chakras. Therefore, I would look for stones that correspond to these Chakras, such as Azurite, Flourite, and Sodalite.
Azurite is a good Third-Eye stone, but it also works with thr Throat Chakra. Many people use Azurite to stimulate intuition and intellect, and to bring new insights to the mind. It is often used specifically for opening the Third-Eye and Crown Chakras. As a pure representative of the Blue Ray, Azurite can bring clarity and focus, and is commonly suggested for any problems involving the head and brain.
Flourite works with all the Chakras, but can be great for balancing the Third-Eye and for clearing the psyche. It can also serve to bring any higher ideas down from the Crown Chakra, to manifest in one's intuition.
Sodalite is stricly a Third-Eye stone, and is known as "the stone of insight. If there is a blockage in the Third-Eye Chakra, this stone can help to clear it. Sodalite can bring a higher point of view that allows one to release stress, which has been found to be a leading cause of many illnesses today. Sodalite also helps with one's spiritual growth.
The best way to work with these stones in your situation, would be to find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, so you can take some time in peace, to meditate. Lay down wherever you are most comfortable, and place your stones on the Thrid-Eye Chakra and on either side of your nose, beneath your eyes, so that they are laying directly on the sinuses there. Keep in mind that it may take more than one try, depending on the severity of your problem.
