Subject: - Discount Prices on Healing Crystals, Minerals & Tumbled Stones

Hi, My name is Jennifer. I am 21 years old and suffer from Fibromyalgia along with a few other things.  I am just starting to get into Crystal therapy and have been reading on it for the past few weeks.  I need help mainly with increasing energy and helping my pain.  However the book I am reading along with a few websites all say diferent stones for energy and pain.  What would your reccomend?  I am desperate to feel better

Thank you,

Thanks for your email and for visiting our website.  There are many people affected by the symptoms of fibromyalgia today and we recommend you seek the advice of a medical doctor as well as other holistic health practitioners.  As for as crystals go, we're happy to help as well.

Clear Quartz has been called the "master healer" and is considered to be the most versatile, cleansing, and programmable stone in the mineral kingdom.  It is thought to have the ability to focus, amplify, magnify, store, and transfer energies.  Just holding a Quartz in your hand is believed to change how your aura looks, by filling in holes and brightening dull areas.  Quartz is considered to have a natural tendency for harmony and so carrying or wearing one is believed to be beneficial and protective to the owner.  Remember what I said about intention, though.  When using Quartz, you must focus your positive intention into the crystal, and then use the "programmed" crystal for your purposes.

A stone that might relate to your situation is Green Tourmaline, as some use it specifically for nervous system issues (which is a possible cause for fibromyalgia).  It is considered to be a great stone for self-healing and is thought to aid the flow of healing energy through the body.  Simply place the Green Tourmaline on the affected area(s).

Another helpful stone we offer is Tourmalated Quartz, which is believed to carry the properties of purification, and recovery from negative inluences.  The Black Tourmaline included in Clear Quartz helps to remove negative energies from the stone.

Every "dis-ease" is a result of an imbalance in the body and balacing your chakras and meridians can help a lot.   You may want to try our chakra assortments or even our Healer Special as these assortments contain many additional stones that may be helpful.

We suggest that you clear your crystals after every use of this type.  Quartz especially can absorb negative energies from use.  And if you wear any type of crystal, you should clear it on a regular basis, maybe even daily if you are going through rough times, so use your best judgement in this area.

Many people with fibromyalgia also report varying degrees of success with complementary and alternative therapies, including massage, movement therapies (such as Pilates and the Feldenkrais method), chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, and various herbs and dietary supplements for different fibromyalgia symptoms. (For more information on complementary and alternative therapies, contact the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine).

It is also helpful to be mindful of your thoughts.  Be sure that you are not focusing too much on your pain as that may only intensify it for you.  Keep thoughts of feeling comfortable in your mind, while programming your stones.

Perhaps you might consider Reiki and or Kinesiology as complementary therapy.

It is important with most crystals to cleanse them before use.  Please see this article for ways to cleanse your stones.

I wish you much luck, Jennifer, and send you healing thoughts for the new year.  Know that anything is possible.

Love and Harmony,

Btw. The best way (to me) to clean your stones is through a sage smudge stick. Also blue lace agate helps with pain, headaches and arthritis. I also suffer from fibro and the many symptoms that come with it. Doing a guided meditation with your stones also helps. You can find many healing guided meditations on youtube. I carry a lil emergency bag of all my various stones with me. So that i always have them. I also like smokey quartz for anxiety. Hematite doesnt work with my energy all that well. I suggest always trying out a few to see what works for you. Each one of us is different, especially with this disease, as well as our energies. Dont give up just because one doesnt work. Blessed be.  (Submitted by: Michelle L on July 14, 2013)
Infinite is also supose to help with fibromyalgia also try getting a Hematite Necklace. I am 19 and suffer from fibro also. These are what some crystal healers have recommended and do help.  (Submitted by: Hushabye on August 13, 2011)
I also have fibromyalgia and one thing I'm certain of is that usually the pain isnt in just one spot. It can be widespread and in multiple places aswell as constant throughout the day. I've noticed that any method of pain relief is only temporary. Healing touch and massaging works till 10 minutes after finished. Crystals only help a bit while in contact. So my question is, how are you supposed to get the most out of these methods when it stops shortly after. It's only useful for a slight and brief escape from the pain. Like i can't have crystal on every limb or be massaged all the time.  (Submitted by: Megan on November 17, 2010)
I found the best way is to drink spring water that the crystals have sat in overnight. You still get the healing energy of the crystals this way and others highly recommend it.
