While anything recommended here should only be used complementary to your care by a physician, there are a few choices in crystals that may help you with your condition. Not knowing what is causing your illness, I will mention some stones related specifically to high blood pressure, and since high blood pressure can often be linked to stress, I will also give some examples of crystals used for that condition as well.
For stress, I prefer the following stones: Amethyst and Rose Quartz. Both crystals have a calming action to them, and address two of the chakras most related to stress, the Brow Chakra and the Heart Chakra, respectively. | Greetings Ann, I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with Asthma issues. I know how challenging this can be- I have a sister that has intense asthma attacks. I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. I do have some crystals to suggest that may be of assistance. Let's start with Apophyllite. Apophyllite can aid in treating allergies, asthma and regulate body functions. Hold an Apophyllite when needing to reduce stress, anxiety, fear and worry. They are also great for filling a room with high vibrations of healing, peace and love. Other crystals that can assist with easing the symptoms of Asthma would include: Amber, Azurite, Beryl, Blue Lace Agate, Carnelian, Lapis Lazuli, Larimar and Morganite. For general lung issues, try Calcite, Green, Peridot, Amber or Pyrite To help strengthen and/or clear the lungs, you may want to try Bloodstone, Amazonite Kunzite or Morganite. To help in the treatment of lung issues/respiratory problems I would suggest Chrysocolla or Rhodochrosite Fluorite helps to treat all types of lung disease. I would also like to recommend Lepidolite. Lepidolite is a wonderful helper to keep the immune system strong. After reading up a little on the medication you are taking, I think this would be very helpful to you. | I am a 78 year old female , I am asmatic, and using serevent, pulmicort and spiriva. My last chest exray show I had a lot o crystals in my lungs, is there anything that can help me?
