I am a 78 year old female; I am asthmatic; and using Serevent, Pulmicort and Spiriva. My last chest X-ray showed I had a lot of crystals in my lungs. Is there anything that can help me? I was always very athletic and kept my weight down, until 10 years ago I started to put on weight and now this...

I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with asthma issues. I know how challenging this can be — I have a sister that has intense asthma attacks.
I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. I do have some crystals to suggest that may be of assistance. Let's start with Apophyllite.
Apophyllite can aid in treating allergies, asthma and regulate body functions. Hold an Apophyllite when needing to reduce stress, anxiety, fear and worry. They are also great for filling a room with high vibrations of healing, peace and love.
Other crystals that can assist with easing the symptoms of asthma would include:
Amber
Azurite
Beryl
Blue Lace Agate
Carnelian
Lapis Lazuli
Larimar
Morganite
For general lung issues, try Green Calcite, Peridot, Amber or Pyrite.
To help strengthen and/or clear the lungs, you may want to try Bloodstone, Amazonite, Kunzite or Morganite.
To help in the treatment of lung issues/respiratory problems I would suggest Chrysocolla or Rhodochrosite.
Fluorite helps to treat all types of lung disease.
I would also like to recommend Lepidolite. Lepidolite is a wonderful helper to keep the immune system strong. After reading up a little on the medication you are taking, I think this would be very helpful to you. Here are other crystals that can assist to strengthen the immune system.
Amethyst
Aragonite
Kunzite
Lapis Lazuli
Manganocalcite
Quartz, Clear
Tourmaline
From my understanding, many asthma inhalers contain steroids, which many times will cause weight gain as one of its side effects. To help with these issues, I would recommend:
Apatite, Blue
Serafinite
Tourmaline, Green

This is a fantastic collection of ideas and suggestions. I myself have restrictive lung disease and while it's very well treated, I still get tired and achey at times in the chest/shoulders/neck area.
