Subject: Crystal suggestions for Healing
I heard about Crystal Medicine through a friend and I would like to get a suitable crystal to carry around with me for general healing. Who do I contact to help me find a suitable crystal? I am 72 years old, recovered from cancer 19 years ago...had radiation and chemotherapy. Had a spinal operation recently as my sciatic nerve got jammed between my disc and vertebrae. I walk very slowly and get breathless and weigh 85 kilos at 5.3 feet ...with a slight numbness in my right foot.
I am on medication for high blood pressure. I liked all the articles but am confused. Please help me.

You are truly a survivor! What an amazing story your life has told thus far. You are quite the inspiration :)
I would be more than happy to recommend some crystals that will assist you in overall healing and general health.
I know you said you walk slowly, get out of breath easily and have numbness in your foot, but I want to highly recommend you continue to be active. Just keep at it. The activity itself
will lend to healthier habits. The bonus is, as you get healthy, some of these issues may disappear!
I want to recommend Green Tourmaline for you. It is a wonderful crystal to use for health and healing. It also promotes strength, vitality and good health.
