Can An Earthing Mat Clear Crystals?

I have a question on clearing crystals. I live in a high rise apartment facing the northside of the street, and it's very difficult to place my many sun loving crystals in the sun so they can benefit from the recharging and clearing. I do smudging and I have many many Quartz and Selenite to complete the job. I am into Earthing and have a yoga earthing mat and also an earthing sleeping bag. Would or could my many many crystals and stones benefit from earthing as we humans if I lay them upon this earthing matrix? Thank you for your attention.

Thanks so much for your questions about using Earthing products to clear and charge your crystals. I have to be honest and let you know that I haven't heard of this practice so I did some research and understand that it is a system that connects you to the vibrations of the Earth. Crystals all come from the Earth so I believe it would be an effective method for working with your crystals. I am assuming that the mat does not get hot from the charge, but if it does you may want to be cautious with any crystals that can be damaged by heat.
