Bumble Bee Jasper (or Bumblebee) is actually a combination of volcanic matter, anhydrite, hematite, sulfur, arsenic, etc. There is much debate over whether it is a true jasper or an agate, as some have called it. The lovely patterns on this stone often imitate the coloring found on bumblebees, hence the name. The yellow coloring is due to the presence of sulfur, which is toxic, as is arsenic, so care should be taken - always wash your hands after handling.
Bumble Bee Jasper activates the Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras, enabling you to accept change, find new opportunities, increase your self-esteem and make decisions without relying on emotions.
Physically, Bumble Bee Jasper can help with abdominal issues, allergies, the nervous system, and heart and circulatory system disorders.
Beautiful bands of yellow, orange, black and gray, translucent to opaque, <10% matrix
Nice bands of yellow, orange, black and gray, translucent to opaque, 10% - 25% matrix
Poor bands of yellow, orange, black and gray or poor color, translucent to opaque, >25% matrix (in some cases these will be moved into mixed jasper)
I easily accept and work with changes on my journey.
Do you rely more on logic or intuition when making important decisions?

I was crying on the phone, needing someone to talk to, when the package arrived and suddenly I felt very calm...( I had not even opened it yet)
The package was a gift from a dear friend, and it contained two beautiful pieces of Bumble Bee Jasper..I have felt calm since. I am carrying them one in each pocket of my dressing gown.
I look forward to growing stronger daily. I feel Blessed Thank you to my dear friend T. (Submitted by: enchanted rose on February 16, 2016)
