Q: I have been told I have psoriasis on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet. I just wondered if there were any crystals that could help with the flare ups, inflammation which causes burning and is itchy.

Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
Yes, there are stones that work on psoriasis. Blue Lace Agate calms and sooths the itch and burning sensations. Labradorite helps to heal the condition. Used in conbination, can make an elixir to wash with. When you sit and rest at night put the blue lace in your sock or tape around the foot or wrap it to the foot to heal. Let it work for at least twenty minutes skin to skin, so to speak. Blue lace is so calming and cool and soothing, you will love its energy.
